At Innothink we use multiple types of team building activities which include: communication activities, problem-solving activities, critical thinking, building trust, boosting the creative spirit, team decision making and more. The main goal is to perform various activities that are both fun and challenging. At the same time will improve employee performance and productivity and will improve the team spirit in the office.
Team buildings take from 5 to 8 hours and include from 4 to 7 activities in one day. Each activity is executing in teams. We mix the teams after every activity so that we can have all the participants working closely together. We define the activities with the aim and specific goals of each company.
